Fitness Goals

Aerobic Fitness- The aerobic fitness require to be able to run a 2.4k run under 10.51mins. I am aiming to achieve this by going for a run at least 3 times a week and try to get my heart beats per min around 140 -165 bpm. I am still awaiting to do my pre-test so that i know where I stand in order to improve.

Upper Body-The police require men to be able to do at least 32 push ups consistently according to their standards.
